Since I missed running yesterday, went today morning. Tried to run at high elevation on the treadmill, it was ok, very tiring, I could not run for long without holding on to the side rails. Need lot of practive. 27 min, run / walk - 1.85 miles.
p.s. this is tapoja..I have a different blogger identity..and can't really bother to change now..so don't get scared and think who is this weird stranger...
